SUPPORT

Get the right help without losing context.

Existing customers can open and manage technical support requests through the Webcore customer portal. For new projects, migrations and sales enquiries, talk to Webcore directly.

WHEN CONTACTING SUPPORT What is affected? What changed? What have you observed? URLs, timestamps, exact error messages and the scope of the issue help shorten the path to diagnosis.

BEFORE OPENING A TICKET

Collect the evidence that describes the failure.

Include the affected site or service, when the issue started, what changed beforehand, whether it is intermittent, and any exact errors or relevant timestamps you already have. Do not make destructive changes solely to gather more information.

01ScopeOne site, several services, one user or the whole environment?
02TimelineWhen did it begin, and what changed immediately beforehand?
03EvidenceExact errors, timestamps, logs, screenshots and reproduction steps where available.

SERVICE HEALTH

Check whether the issue is broader than your service.

Operational service status is kept separate from individual customer tickets. Check the status page when several services appear affected or an issue may be platform-wide.

EXISTING CUSTOMER?

Keep technical support in the customer portal.

The portal keeps the request, replies and service context together so the issue can be followed through to resolution.
